• Write to your MP, ask them to sign an Early Day Motion or occupy their office!
• Ask your MP to forward your letter to the Foreign Office for a reply
• Write to Foreign Secretary Jack Straw (Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Whitehall, London SW1A 2AH) and Secreatary of State for Defence Geoff Hoon (Ministry of Defence Old War Office Building Whitehall London SW1A 2HB) asking them to stop this immoral and illegal war and do all they can to safeguard the humanitarian needs of the Iraqi people. 5) Hold A Vigil

• ARROW (Active Resistance to the Roots of War) has held a weekly vigil against sanctions on Iraq outside the Foreign Office in London since July 1991 and would welcome more vigilers - Mondays, 5.30-7pm, corner of King Charles Street and Whitehall (info 020 7607 2302). Regular vigils are being held all over the country against war on Iraq. Please let us know if you start a new vigil so we can pass the details on to other people in your area.

6) Start or join a Group

• Many people have started local groups to campaign against war and sanctions on Iraq within their own areas. We can offer advice on how to go about setting up a group.
